budidaya ikan sekarang tidak harus lagi berbudidaya pada tempat yang luas, tetapi sekarang banyak alternatif lain yang bisa dilakukan untuk bisa berbudidaya/memelihara ikan pada tempat yang relatif sempit. Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan (MKP) Fadel Muhammad mengatakan, Tiongkok menurunkan bea masuk (BM) seluruh produk perikanan impor dari sebelumnya 17,5% menjadi 0%.

“perdagangan bebas aseantiongkok (Asean-China Free Trade Area/AC-FTA) antara ialin berdampak positif meningkatkan volume perdagangan produk perikanan. Tiongkok memiliki penduduk terbanyak di dunia dan merupakan salah satu negara dengan tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi tertinggi. " ujar Fadel di Jakarta, Selasa (2/2).

Tahun 2009 ekspor produk perikanan RI ke Tiongkok di perkirakan mencapai US$ 100.4 juta. sedangkan impor dari Tiongkok sebesar US$ 28,8 juta. Petahun, rata-rata kenaikan nilai ekspor perikanan RI ke Tiongkok sebesar 67,4% periode 2006-2008. Sedangkan rata-rata kenaikan nilai impor dari Tiongkok sebesar 71,3% per tahun.
Perdagangan bebas Asean Tiongkok juga bermanfaat meningkatkan kerja sama investasi." paparnya.
Ia menjelaska, AC-FTA itu juga mereduksi BM produk perikanan inpor dari Tiongkok ke Indonesia. Reduksi BM ini bakal memperlancar perdagangan produk perikanan RI-Tiongkok.
"Secara umum. Pengurangan atau penghapusan tarif impor barang pada AC-FTA dibagi dalam dua kategori. Yaitu normal track dan sensitive track, " imbuhnya.
Untuk produk yang masuk sekema normal track tarif, BM akan diturunkan menjadi 0% tahun 2010. Untuk sensitive track, BM produk baru diturunkan pada 2018, seperti udang olahan.
Selain itu ada lima produk perikanan yang masuk skema normal track II. Produk ini baru di bebaskan BM-nya ke indonesia tahun 2012, seperti mutiara danminyak hati ikan.
Fadel mengungkapkan kerja sama kedua negara dalam perdagangan produk perikanan sebenarnya sudah di mulai 2004. Produk yang masuk dalam skema kerja sama diperjanjikan melalui early Harvest Programme (EHP).
Tahun 2006. BM tinggi yang menghambat perdanganan beberapa produk perikanan ke tiongkok maupun indonesia mulai direduksi, seperti ikan hidup, beku dan dingin atau produk berkode HS 03. Reduksi BM tersebut mendahului sektor lain yang baru diimplementasikan tahun 2010."terangnya, (rad)

if given enough food and nutrients of the fish's survival will be better and any growth will be faster. and vice versa if the feed is given at random and not enough nutrients the fish will grow slowly so that the crop will decrease the amount of production.

feed can be given natural food or artificial feed, natural feed which can be either phytoplankton plankton and zooplankton. Artificial feed can be a pellet.

There are several ways to advertise and get the word out about your business online and the best of them include f-ree search engines, pay per click search engines, writing articles, utilizing press releases, doing joint ventures/ad co-ops, and posting to message boards and forums related to your target market.

But one advertising method that's neglected by most online marketers is off-line advertising.

There are several low/no cost ways to advertise off-line and I want to share 3 of them with you.

1) Business Cards

If you are serious about your business you must have business cards. They are cheap and are a great way to attract potential prospects or customers. Simply hand them out to people who you feel may be interested in your business.

Also, whenever I visit a restaraunt, bar, or club, I'll leave my business cards in all of the bathroom stalls. (Just make sure nobody is in there of course... lol!)

And don't laugh at this! It really works. When I visit the bathroom an hour or two later, I'll find that all of my business cards are gone and I'll have a fresh new set of sales the very next day.

2) Flyers

With today's technology, flyers are very easy to make. You can simply design a flyer online and just print it out and make copies. Then you can post them in area businesses where you feel your potential customers may hang out. (Just make sure you ask permission from the business owner.)

Or simply hand out your flyers to people you meet on the street. Many bars and clubs don't have a problem with posting flyers in their establishments either, especially if you are a patron.

And don't forget about supermarkets! Many have bulletin boards, at least here in New Jersey where I live, and you can post your flyer there. There are hundreds of people walking into supermarkets everyday and they are in a buying mentality. Take advantage of it and post your flyers often.

3) Automobile Advertising

What... ? Yes you read that right! Your car is not only a driving vehicle but a great advertising vehicle as well. You can stick magnetic signs or plates on your car with your company name and/or domain name for all to see.

Your business can be exposed to hundreds, if not thousands of people everyday whether your car is parked, you are driving, or even when you are stuck in traffic. It's fairly inexpensive and a great way to "drive" home your message.
